The Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council (PCAC) is
an all-volunteer, non-profit organization based in Pleasanton, California. PCAC is
committed to the belief that the arts nurture the spirit of those in
our communities; that the arts are an essential part of a healthy and
equitable society to which those of all ages and backgrounds should have
access; that we should promote, create, and support arts institutions,
experiences, facilities and opportunities for the enrichment of those
in Pleasanton and in the Tri-Valley area.
